How in the name of HELL did a fire that started when people were onsite get out of control develop into an inferno??
How Did it get out of control and why was it not contained by our brave boys and girls in the Tasmanian Fire Service?
These questions will no doubt be addressed with the transparent investigation, which normally follows most fires.
With 300 odd people thrown out of work, countless losses to surrounding businesses, their employees, and suppliers this fire is an event of large scale proportions.
What time did the fire service receive the call and given it's potential to shut down a capital city, how many fire units were initially despatched . What was the response time.
Why did the fire protection system in store fail to extinguish the fire early? Were there adequate fire extinguishers on hand to battle the initial flash point ??????????????
HOW WHEN WHERE WHY?
